She showed up 20 minutes early while I was on a work call (the reason I scheduled for a certain time). She was very unprofessional and walked in without introducing herself. She asked if I wanted the “whole couch” cleaned (which is what I paid for). After she left, I was picking up the cushions to lay them somewhere else to dry ans I saw that she didn’t clean the bottom of my couch cushions at all, only the top of them. Very disappointed and won’t use this company again which is too bad because I’ve used several times in the past.
