I've used you before and you were excellent! I suppose it depends on the tech. Our dog died and toward the end of his life had a few accidents on our area rug. I paid $108 for a cleaning and deodorizing treatment which was the minimum (when I could have easily purchased a new rug). Your tech was slow, incompetent and surprisingly difficult to communicate with. Needless to say it still smells like dog pee. To make it right? You can send the guy we had last time to fix it!!! OxiFresh totally exceeded my expectations again...I am a repeat customer. When Derek was finished my carpet looked like new. He was friendly and very thorough in making sure my carpet was as clean as it could be. And the carpet took just a few hours to dry.
