I’m not sure if my message went through previously but here’s my feedback.
I like the text reminders and how prompt your technician was. He was also polite.
The cons are: The price is high for me for an hour of work. The charge would be more understandable if it worked out to about $50-$75 an hour. Almost $200 is too much for this small sq footage.
The technician offered me sanitizing but I said no I didn’t want to pay more. Then he sprayed deodorizer without asking in one of the rooms and proceeded to bill me for it. I had to tell him that I didn’t ask for that. He did promptly remove it from the bill and apologized.
Lastly, I chose your company because you claim to be eco friendly but I would prefer more transparency on your website about what is the full list of ingredients in your carpet cleaning solution and the deodorizer that was sprayed. I am very cautious about anything that is sprayed in my home. And now I’m not sure what exactly was sprayed in that one bedroom that belongs to my daughter.

The tech Alex was very professional and did a great job. Also I was happy the cleaning solution did not have a strong smell. It just smelled clean and fresh after the carpet cleaning.

This is my 3rd time of having my house cleaned by you, and I have never been disappointed. The cleaners were so friendly, OMG they really portrayed true definition of customer service. And above all, it's affordable, and leaves no messy residue and my carpet and floors dry fast. I have finally found my final bus stop.
