The staff was super friendly and easy to work with, so no problems there, but the carpets didn’t really look clean after and they made the house smell bad. Maybe I should have gotten odor protection on all of them but it was already $265 with my discount so I didn’t want to have to pay more.

The machine was big and wide wish it was a little smaller so it could go between smaller spaces but the technician and service were great

Steve the technician arrived right on time and assessed the carpet condition. It was relatively new but had several "issues" from a previous tenant. It was a large 5 bedroom home and while I had previously used a competitor with steam cleaning some simple stains had not come up. Upon the recommendation of a realtor property manager I asked Oxy Fresh to clean the carpets . >>The stains are gone, the carpet is renewed and will impress any prospective new tenant. The carpets certainly impress me. Thanks Oxi Fresh. I'll call you again ! RB
