Step 1
We begin by inspecting the hardwood floor that you want us to clean. During this inspection we will find the areas of the floor with the most dirt and grime buildup. We will also take note of any damage and the overall condition of the floor.
Step 2
Your technician will vacuum the hardwood, removing any grit or debris that could become abrasive during cleaning. This will also remove the debris that our cleaning solutions won’t break down.
Step 3
Our powerful OF2000 hardwood-cleaning machine will apply a pretreatment solution to the thickest layers of dirt, oil, and grime. This enzyme-powered cleaning formula will make short work of these layers, while leaving the hardwood underneath unharmed.
Step 4
We will use the OF2000 to apply a core cleaning solution and accelerate the process by agitating the floors with dual, counter-rotating brushes.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we are done cleaning, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant. Oxi Fresh uses a semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating to keep dirt and grime from building up for months and months after we’re done cleaning for you.
