Service was great, technicians explained clearly and were very personable. Our carpet is older and they did a very good job. Definitely would recommend them.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Had them come out to do my carpets 7/29/2024 .
July 30th, I noticed my stairs look awful and so does the walkway into our bathroom. Today July 31st, I call to get this issue resolved and get told, they've sold the company and there's nothing that can be done on their end and to contact the owner. I get in contact with Eric and he then tells me they can't have anyone come redo our carpets, since he lost his partner here in Tulsa and he lives in Kansas. He offers to refund me half to cover the cost of coming out here, but that still leaves me having to pay another company to redo my carpets. His words "I can't speak on what took place at your place, we normally get great results and success and I'm sorry it's not in this instance. " Sorry doesn't pay the bills! Don't give then your money, they'll run and never look back. I simply asked to have my stairs and carpet redone to standard. Was told NO. My carpets are left feeling nastier than before, and darker. Please save your money and go else where.
