They are professionals. Had a few spots in my carpet that were difficult, but they took care of them. Made my upholstery look brand new. The house smells so fresh and clean.. Best carpet clean and house clean that i've had ever.

Carpet stains are not removed and chemicals were not extracted from the carpet. Needing at least a partial refund.

This was my first time using OxiFresh, I was highly disappointed as the carpet stains were still there. It was a new technique that I’d never seen. The technician was really nice but I was highly disappointed

This was a horrible experience….. it didn’t seem to take long at all…. The tech was nice but the service was very very horrible. I really didn’t want to pay for the service because the carpet was still stained…. I took pics for evidence ???????????

I was very happy with the cleaning! The tech did a great job! The only reason I can’t provide a 10 is because I still have some pet stains close to baseboards. Might not be his fault. But everything else looks amazing. He was very professional and curtious.
