Initially the carpet looked nice then upon further inspection it looked as if certain parts of the carpet were not even touched still dirty even dry I have literally went over the places except my grandaughters room which I was thinking of asking a supervisor to come out and look so they understand I am not making this up and how it can be made up is a refund Skylar was very nice and professional so I dont know if its the solution the equipment the lack of water not really sure but I am very disappointed

It was my understanding they would do an entire room not just the walk areas. He didn't even move a dining room chair to clean under a table. Either be clearer about what they will or will not do or don't charge per room.
