Jesse the technician showed up 2 hours late. Appt time was 1245pm. He texted at 1pm that he would be 35 more mins late. Then by 2pm said he was on his way then finally arrived at 245pm. There were a couple issues with the service. 1) We scheduled to have our sectional cleaned and we were not aware that some couch material is not able to be cleaned with water based cleaners; they require a dry clean process. 2) I picked up all items from the floor that I could move, leaving only the heavy furniture pieces. There are two smaller area rugs (2x5 and 2x4) that I forgot to pick up in two of the bedrooms. Instead of just moving them or asking if we’d like to have the technician clean underneath, they just cleaned around them. This to me is just lazy. 3) There are spots around the rooms where spots were just missed because the machine couldn’t fit. This is the first time using the OxiFresh and was disappointed by the minimal effort given. The areas that were cleaned look great and the technician was polite and professional. The young man who does the cleaning does a very thorough job and is very helpful when pieces of furniture and throw rugs need to be moved. I also like the cleaning process.
