The service was fine. Jesse was thorough and efficient. Only issue was that the equipment was unable to extend under beds, even a little. Results were good in every other respect.

The service we paid for wasn't what we received. The cleaning guy point out a lot of different areas stating that it would cost more money but did not do one room and the carpet was not clean as we normally have received. Very disappointed in the cleaning (a lot of dirty carpet left) and the technician trying to get more money out of my wife. We been using OxiFresh for years but because of this last experience we are thinking about moving our business elsewhere.
