There were some areas not so visibly clean. Mostly heavy traffic area. Compared to pictures on website my carpet was nowhere near that level so expected little better

I cleaned the carpet myself 4 weeks later and the water was black and discolored and nasty, I take my shoes off when walking on the carpet, there is no way the carpet should be that black after it was professionally cleaned.

We had already used this type of service in the past and we knew it was the best. Much better than the wetness of steam cleaning. The service was excellent. Very pleased.
