Upstairs bedroom still was the same. Very little improvement. Smells like mildew.

Professional and courteous technician. He adjusted or lowered initial cost of services after assessing areas to clean. Traffic areas, spots etc. cleaned or look a lot better.

There were some areas not so visibly clean. Mostly heavy traffic area. Compared to pictures on website my carpet was nowhere near that level so expected little better
