There were a total of 5 rooms to be cleaned. The worker had a single spray bottle with some sort of liquid inside of it. The worker only used half of that bottle total for all 5 rooms spraying a light mist on the carpets but I question how much of the liquid actually made it to the floor since it was being sprayed from 3 feet above it and could easily have drifted elsewhere. I'm not convinced that a light misting of the carpet had any effect on cleaning it. The machine that was ran over the carpet simply made pretty triangle shapes to give the appearance it had been cleaned. The carpet was not clean in any capacity and I could have done a better job myself by renting a carpet cleaner from the store. I had to call Stanley Steamer who came out within a few hours and they laughed in disbelief at the supposed clean carpets and they instantly said no your carpets are not clean as we can see they are not clean. It was Stanley Steamer who cleaned my carpets that day and to be honest I'd like a refund of what I paid as the service I paid for was really not provided.

Crew is professional, fast and efficient. I especially like that Oxi Fresh doesn't use wet (steam) on the carpet and you can use/walk on your carpet in an hour. Plus the carpet stains were gone!
I will use this company again. Price is competitive as well.

The safety in the product, the carpet looks great got it clearn and got a lot up like new construction, pet hair etc.. but the only issue I had was the machine can not get under the bed or dresser or other furniture that you can't get up and put away from the room. Unless your bed and furniture is way up off the ground, very high it will not get under it.

Claudio was friendly and efficient. I had a question after the cleaning and the staff was quick and responsive (which we don't see much of these days). I'm happy with the cleaning and the service. A great experience all around.
