The service person, Jesse, was very good at his job. The carpet in my son’s room was so bad that we were planning to change it all. Jesse just made it look nearly new. Whatever products were used it cleaned up spots on the carport really well. I have already recommended Oxifresh to some of our friends.

Jeremy was exceptional. I am very pleased with the results he achieved cleaning 6 dining room
chair seat cushions. I will definitely use your company for my oriental rugs in the near future!

You held up my entire Saturday when an appointment is made for 11:00 am I expect a knock at my door at 10:45am or at the latest 11:00 am. Your technician Libby causally texts me “looks like I’ll be a little late”. I’m thinking ok 11:30 am? Another text well 12 -12:15 which of course means even later. No apology no attempt to make it right. You’re in the service industry with many competitors—the last thing you want is to ignore a new client who would have brought repeat business. There is no excuse.
