I am not happy with my carpets at all. I was reading reviews and it seemed perfect, but there are still stains on my carpet and feels rougher. I have two boys and dogs, but my dogs usually stay in basement. My carpets weren't even deodorized, just seems dingy. Kinda a bummer to spend $300 to only come home to the way it was before. Looks like they only got vacuumed, that's it.

You were very honest and told me you didn’t think you could get the stains out of my upholstery. The technician didn’t charge me anything and recommended another company that could possibly do the job. Thank you for putting the customer first!

I would like my refund please. A manager was supposed to call me last week to confirm my refund. I did not get a call and my card has not been refunded. The technician mixed the solution wrong and my carpet ended up being crusty and sticky. We could not work out a time that worked for us and our other appointments with painting and flooring before move in so we are rinsing the carpets ourselves and we’re told we would get a refund. I’m very disappointed in the choice I made for carpet cleaners
