Jason the technician no showed for 10am appointment and didn’t text or call. You guys rescheduled me with tabatha same day but didn’t offer me any discounts from having my first appointment be a no show. Then Jason called me at noon saying he could service the rug now or come at 2. I told him I was rescheduled with tabatha at 2pm and he said ok. Then I got a call from someone else saying tabatha was too busy so it’s scheduled with Jason. Jason showed up at 2 but I had to call him to make sure he was going to show up.
