Scheduling was easy and able to schedule same or next day. Technician communicated, was on time and efficient. However, once my carpet dried, it smells like soured vomit. There’s no getting that odor out so I have to replace the carpet. (My carpet was only a year old and only had one stain from a visiting dog so there should have been no reason for that odor which is concerning.)
