The service was great. The gentleman who handled our cleaning was punctual and professional. More than that, he clearly was dedicated to providing excellent service. He communicated with me to be certain I was aware of how he was proceeding and to make sure I was happy with the results. I had three rooms cleaned. The first associate seem to do a great job, however, after a week stains were showing through again. I called and they sent another gentleman and after a week of that second cleaning everything is great. I appreciated the second visit to make sure my carpet look the best of it could.
