Scheduled a visit to get serious things addressed right away before they" stains set. Appointment was canceled last minute due to multiple sick employees being out, understandable. Rescheduled for another day and the technician initially said they were running late so I asked if they could do the mattress only then at the last minute the technician said they couldn't come at all because their cat was sick. Again, I'm a compassionate person and understand things happen but now I've been canceled on twice in a row last minute and to date I've never heard back from them to reschedule and now I'm sure my stains are probably set. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was quoted a prince to clean 4 rooms and a hall. When Steve came to clean he said the price I was quoted was not correct. I asked him to call the office. He said the price he said was the price I was to pay. He also said the corporate office messes up a lot with the pricing. NOT MY FAULT. I said no thank you. I will not recommend your company.
