I paid $300 for whole house cleaning and disinfecting. That’s with a tip. I had a lot of small pee spots from my dog which most of them came up but the other stains on the carpet didn’t. I took some Oxi Clean spray I went and bought at the store and went over some spots that I did get up. It was like he did one quick swipe over the area and done! I’ve had my carpets done by OXI clean once before and was very pleased. My opinion, I believe it depends on the technician. I purchased this carpet with stain guard to prevent stains guard so these stains would come up or my carpet will be replaced

Very disappointed. I had a lot of urine spots from my dogs which was a big concern. I’m satisfied with how they look but other spots not so much. I had to go over areas again that were cleaned with Oxi clean carpet and rug cleaner I purchased at store. I could see dirt on my rag that I used to clean it up with. After just getting your carpet cleaned you wouldn’t think that would be an issue. $300 for 5 rooms. Never again. I will take my business elsewhere.
