Step 1
We will begin the process by inspecting the floor that you want us to clean. During this inspection we are looking for the areas of the floor that are the dirtiest. We will also take note of any damage to the floor that is already there.
Step 2
Vacuuming the hardwood is our next step. We want to remove anything our cleaning solutions won’t break down or that could become abrasive and damage your hardwood floor.
Step 3
Pretreatment begins when we apply an enzyme-powered formula to the thickest layers of dirt and grime on your floor. This pretreatment will break down these layers without harming the wood underneath.
Step 4
The OF2000 and our core cleaning solution will be used on your entire floor. The OF2000 is a revolutionary cleaning machine and will help accelerate the cleaning so your entire floor is clean when we are finished.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we have finished cleaning, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant. We use a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating on the hardwood. This will help keep your hardwood floor looking clean for months.
