While everything was cleaned very well, it took overnight to dry (supposed to take an hour?), and our sofa's fabric feels rough now.

As far as the tech he was very perfessional and prompt he was actually about an hour before my scheduled time. I had to scramble to get my real-estate agent over to my condo to let him in. As far as the service I haven't been to my condo to see his work, I have read alot of there reviews so I am sure it is fine. He did recommend i get the special deep chemical service to get rid of the cigarettes smell.
