This not actually carpet cleaning. They spray the carpet and than vacume it. Had to re-clean it the next day and it was completely brown water. Called to complain and find out what they actually did and I'm still waiting for the call from the owner. Not happy at all.

Incredibly professional company starting with the ease of booking an appt, the owner confirming the night before and Aaron the tech calling on his way and even asking if I wanted a coffee or soda.
Aaron was in a very professional looking van, in a nice uniform and very respectful of me and my house. He walked through and explained exactly what he would do in each room.
The results are amazing, my carpets look new. I will never use anybody else!

We had an issue with the carpet being crunchy and you guys sent the tech back and he re-watered it and reworked it, and it came out great! appreciate you standing behind your work! Will definitely keep on using you for my personal use and my business use

I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my upholstery. They used a garden sprayer and small shop vac to clean my sofa, love seat and chair. They did not vacuum under the cushions. They did not clean all the surfaces of the sofa, love seat or chair. I asked about cleaning both sides of the seat cushions so as to be able to flip the cushions as you should and was told that wasn't included. The technician showed me the amount of water pulled from the upholstery and it was only a small amount of water. This made me think that either there wasn't much water used or the dirty solution was left in my upholstery. I own rental property and have used the carpet service before. My renter was happy with that job but that was a different francise.
