I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my upholstery. They used a garden sprayer and small shop vac to clean my sofa, love seat and chair. They did not vacuum under the cushions. They did not clean all the surfaces of the sofa, love seat or chair. I asked about cleaning both sides of the seat cushions so as to be able to flip the cushions as you should and was told that wasn't included. The technician showed me the amount of water pulled from the upholstery and it was only a small amount of water. This made me think that either there wasn't much water used or the dirty solution was left in my upholstery. I own rental property and have used the carpet service before. My renter was happy with that job but that was a different francise.

Not sure that the type of equipment that is used by your company does steam clean the carpet as well as the traditional carpet cleaning equipment.

Oxifresh removed the puppy stains I’ve been trying to lift for more than a year. It really gave my carpet a new look. Also appreciated the quick drying time. I will use this service again.
