I had 2 stains on my carpet that were less than 2 days old. Dude came over and spent less than 20 min cleaning 2 rooms which resulted in me paying over $120. After the carpets dried, the stains are still very visible. Super disappointed by the cleaning. I Book w oxi clean bc of their ample availability, but sadly I now understand why they are so available.
