The people on the phone were terrific . The guy who did the carpet cleaned the carpets but when it came to stain removal he didn’t get it done . He promised to come back the next day and never responded . The ladies who answer were terrific and made another appt week after for him to come back. I had to work, but when got home looks like he tried to do something with stain but was not taken out was the same . I did reach out to ask him and after a few hours he responded he used paint stein remover and there is no guarantee . Was very brief

The guy who came to my apartment was very nice and helpful and cleaned the carpet beautifully and even left a beautiful pattern of vacuum lines to satisfy my ocd.

Everything was very easy from booking my appointment online, preparing for the appointment, and payment. My carpet smells wonderful and looks brand new. Alim explained the process to me and made the process seem flawless.

Carpet always looks great and smells fresh on the first visit. I have pets so this is usually a hard task to accomplish!
