Carpet always looks great and smells fresh on the first visit. I have pets so this is usually a hard task to accomplish!

Alim was very nice. But was 3 hrs late, forgot a nozzle for the sofa and had to leave to get it, and
did not get a stain out that I showed him. I deleted items from his list because it was getting late. Will try one more time though, because my sisiter highly recommended him.
I think he was having a bad day.

My carpet was not stain treated. Tech promised to come back the next day with the stain remover to treat the stained areas and never called or showed up. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t have signed the receipt had I known he wasn’t going to keep his promise. I thought I could trust him, since he cleaned my carpet on two prior occasions.
