The young man who cleaned our carpets, Alexander, was pleasant, polite, respectful of our home, and professional.
Carpets look great! Some stains were not removed, but this is to be expected from a 15 year old carpet. I am particularly impressed with the appearance of the stairs. The only reason I’m giving nine and not ten stars us because the carpet did not dry in an hour - more like three.

Arrived exactly on time. Friendly, professional and thorough. Listen to and addressed my concerns about the carpet . Sean did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet and explaining what needed to to be done and why

I liked my tech, Alex quite a bit. Very nice guy. Two mistakes. One couch did not turn out well and Alex put his sprayer down on a table and it left a ring that I can’t remove. Also, it took until this morning for everything to dry. Which, if I had known I would have scheduled differently. As for making it right, the couch is fine until I get it cleaned again. I’m just disappointed. As for the ring in the table, I am not too sure how to fix that.
