There was a major spot on the top of the steps that was not addressed (we scrubbed it ourselves afterwards and got the spot out). There was a dog bed on top of the steps too and it was never even moved to wash the carpet under it

The equipment was literally falling apart. I provided duct tape to try and keep it together. The head fellow seemed to know what he was doing, and the assistant seemed very new. Neither had protective coverings on their shoes. The main rug is better, but I wouldn’t say it is great. Nice guys, but really rickety and shoddy equipment.
