No one showed up for my appointment 7/15 at 2:15pm. I called after 45 min late and was told tech would me in a few minutes when on his way and to call back if he didn’t. I didn’t receive a call so I called back 1 hr later as was told the franchise owner would call me …no one called.

Wasn’t asked if I had stains nor advised there are extra costs for pet stains. I called to talk about before the service and was told the owner will call me and she didn’t.

The service was fine, however I found the technician to be a little pushy. He walked in the house and immediately stated it smelled like animal urine, but said it more crudely. He immediately tried upselling services, which I understand is part of the job. However, it just came off as pushy. He was also trying to obtain personal property (an old laptop) that he saw in a closet for his use and was very persistent in trying to obtain it. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Again, the service was fine. It was just the technician I had an issue with.

First, the tech was an hour late without calling. Second, I was told the cost was $90 for cleaning and sanitizing since I had just one chair that did not meet the minimum. I also had a small ottoman that I thought was included but he said it wasn’t. The final charge was $144. Third, we have a wheelchair in our garage that he asked what we were going to do with it that he had a neighbor who needed one. While nice that he wanted to help a neighbor, I didn’t like him asking about our possessions. I’m not sure the third thing would have bothered me as much if the first two things hadn’t happened.

Worst carpet and chair cleaning ever nothing was cleaned. Still looks the same as it did when the liquid dried.

The carpet is not clean. The tech was blaming me for the carpet being dirty. That is why I called a carpet cleaner to clean it up. Carpet looks just like it started. All he did was spray some liquid and go over the carpet one time with some motorized broom. Worst job I have ever experienced. Everything done looked the same as it did when the liquid dried. Wasted $400.

You need to explain exactly what your charges are. It's ridiculously charged per spot cleaning and to have a tech come out and say he doesn't want. He doesn't move anything at all. He didn't really sell your service I'm afraid
