The guy who came out did not put his mask over his nose did not have booties first feet and tried to charge me more money and he smelled like smoke I can't remember his name I would never recommend your company to anyone I sent him away then he had the nerve to say to me on the way out I wasted all my time and gas

The cleaning is always very good. The estimate is always wrong. The tech always comes and adds on charges which is very annoying.

Zack was 30 minutes late. No covers for his shoes. If this carpet cleaning is the best, why didn’t it remove minor dirty spots from the carpet? Zack did mention that any spot removals was extra and why not just throw a rug over them. He stated that he couldn’t get close to the base boards. He did state that he doesn’t move furniture which we expected. My husband told him to let us know when we should move the dining room table, he told us he would clean around the legs, it didn’t need to be moved. We don’t understand how this cleaning system removes dirt. There was no evidence of it. Very disappointed in him and the results.

No harsh chemicals. It doesn't take a lot of water to clean carpet, so the carpet dries quickly. Carpet was cleaned in a timely manner.
