Odor and stain not removed. Appreciated the scrub and the use of the chemical, but definitely not worth $150 to not-remove one stain in a 5x3ft space.

There is something wrong with your scheduling program. My first appointment was missed completely with no call. When i called 3 times no one ever called back. When
I rescheduled - the tech was late- because he didn’t find out about the appointment until it was late - 8 am appt- he called at 8:15 - as he just found it and arrived after 9am.
I received confirmation texts on both appointments…??
I like the service- the tech did a great job = the problem is with your scheduling system.

Not really cleaning rugs just deodorant added
And way too much cost to just deodorize a rug

No one showed up for my appointment 7/15 at 2:15pm. I called after 45 min late and was told tech would me in a few minutes when on his way and to call back if he didn’t. I didn’t receive a call so I called back 1 hr later as was told the franchise owner would call me …no one called.

Wasn’t asked if I had stains nor advised there are extra costs for pet stains. I called to talk about before the service and was told the owner will call me and she didn’t.
