It was a negative experience from the phone call from the cleaning tech to the service to the carpet cleaning Arrived hours too early Complained about how the sidewalk was too long infront of my house (couldn't be any easier to walk a straight line to my fro t door, quiet, clean neighborhood/yard) Tried to blame me for mud he brought in from outside, then dragged it through all the rooms he was in Carpets were not clean at all!! Tried to overcharge me It was a nightmare experience Couldn't wait for him to get out of my house SA. - Elgin, IL - 11/26/2021

I have an inside fueled review. I started training with THE ONLY technician working at OXI-FRESH. I spent two days, roughly 20 hours with him. At the end of day one he told me and the owner that I was ready to go on my own.I asked for one more day,if possible,to learn more. All we did were carpets and 4 throw rugs,i.e no upholstry, couches, chairs,no tile, stone, wood floors, they advertise they clean. I was scheduled with a slew of jobs on the second day, even though I was training. This scheduling(and customers waiting then all inevitably cancelling) went on for around four more days while I was trying to make sure I had the proper products. Fealing pressured I started doing jobs. The first day on my own I did three jobs(carpet only) with one chemical and one tool, I was told to use. The next day I went to a job with rugs and upholstry to be done. I went to my truck to find the tools and chemicals to do the job and as I ready knew( by taking MY time after work to look) they were not there. The owner and trainer said to use that one chemical and tool on everything. Unfortunately for them I read all the manuals and paperwork to do the job correctly. There were at least five more tools and ten more chemicals to do all the cleaning as advertised. I quit at that job. I was not going to screw over a customer. So there's an owner in Denver that works one technician to death and both are in agreement to screw over customers with inferior cleaning techniques. The tech will then ask you to do a Google survey while he's breathing down your neck because he gets paid extra, but only if you put his name and give him the most stars, and he guides you through the process . This is the way they found to advertise for free. By false reviews. Oh, and they make money by nickel and diming trainies. They didn't pay me a penny. MC. - Elgin, IL - 10/11/2021

We were impressed how easy it was to schedule the service and getting the quote, however when they came to provide the service the technician did not seemed to have the proper equipment to provide the services. Also, the carpet felt hard like something was used and left behind. CQ. - Streamwood, IL - 04/08/2021

The service guy did a rush job on my service and my carpet wasn’t cleaned well. Payment information I received from customer service was not accepted by my service guy. I was told I couldn’t use that form of payment. Service guy kept trying to push other service s that I didn’t want. BJ. - South Elgin, IL - 03/23/2021
