I feel like he could have done a better job, first he came into my house and did not wear any booties so he was wearing his shoes on my light gray carpet, and I feel like he just watered down the couches but didn't really do any "cleaning". After he left and my couches were still wet I personally cleaned them some more and the white rags were still coming up with dirty, I thought I had paid to get my couches cleaned.
