Please use more way to clean carpets better some time stains don’t go away with the chemical you use. May be need to some more shampoo to clean carpets

I needed a quick turn around to get the grout cleaned in my rental property. The grout , for the ceramic tiles , in the kitchen, hallway and foyer bath, hadn't been cleaned in 20 years and it was black! I did not know who to call! I Googled 'grout cleaning' and Oxi -Clean Carpet Cleaning was the first name that popped up! I called them and they said they do "grout cleaning"! I told them I needed the work done on the 1st day of the month because my new tenants were moving in that evening! Zack, the technician, showed up late morning , even though he was extremely busy with other appointments, and got the job done! I had him clean the grout and seal it! He did a great job and my new tenants are happy!
I will use them , in the future, for not only "grout cleaning" but also for carpet cleaning in the future!

Zack did a great job cleaning our carpets. all the stains are gone and it smells fresh. Oxi Fresh!!!! I would recommend this company to allmy friends and family and anyone in general . Awesome job Zack. tha nk you

I felt like it could of been cleaned a little better. It basically took 10 minutes and technician went over it one time which is probably what you do. But for 90$ I would of thought you could go over the area rug a few more times to make sure it’s nice and clean.
