Felt pressured to getting other products offered and don’t even think I received the deodorizer for the extra $35. The bottle dispenser looked empty and just filled it with water from my kitchen sink and sprayed it on my carpet. The stairs do not look clean and parts of the carpet were completely dry so it feels like it wasn’t really cleaned. I wasn’t told payment was credit/debit card only. I felt uncomfortable paying on tech’s phone and entering my cc#. I also felt pressured leaving a tip because the tech was over my shoulder watching. I was also pressured giving a google review while the tech was here and watching me do it. He seemed a like a nice guy but overall dissatisfied with the whole experience and cost me $182. If you would like to make things right, I would like a refund or a partial refund.

Person came with little amount frozen liquid and ask me for hot water . He add a little bit inside ! And was 1/4 from the gallon everything ! He spray here and there and with one machine go over. Ask me did i want sanitizer i says yes. Take him 35-40 min and told me is ready! Carpet looks horrible wasn’t clean at all! When i ask where is sanitizer he says inside i put???? I ask show me sanitizer and he have to dig inside his car 5 min and show me a bottle completely frozen and told me from this he add inside i did not see!! Also wasn’t nice little aggressive! I gave him tip he says this is for his work ! I an so very disappointed i call the company report everything was told will remove charge and owner willl call me ! Was i. Saturday so far nobody call me yet!!! I am extremely disappointed !
I need explanation! My carpet is horrible them before he came to clean!!!

Deceptive $129 quote before arrival came with one tech who immediately tried to upsell to "spot" remove. Wanted another 200-400$ or more to clean the spots. Technician seemed uncaring and kept telling me to call his office to verify that he was telling me their procedures. I told him to leave after he told me he would not clean it for quoted price.

Scheduled on Saturday. But they called at last minute and cancelled. Then another appointment on Sunday at 3:30pm. They Never showed up. Super disappointed. I won't recommend to my friends and family.

Your "technician" , I admit seemed to do a good job but she was very unprofessional and combative when she was ready to leave. She wanted to charge me $60 more than the quote I was given when I made the appointment. Then, she was playing with the price, pushing for a decision saying she had to leave for her next job, and then sat in our driveway for a good 15 minutes before pulling out. I ended up paying $25 more than I should have and would be hesitant to reccomend your business without warnings.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Very first time they came out the technician was amazing and got the job done. The next time wasn’t so good. Technician was kind and nice but carpets are not cleaned. Not satisfied at all. The phone tag between “the owner” and myself was ridiculous. I will never refer and or use you again! My carpets look like crap!
