The rugs still smells like pee even though I paid an extra $35 for an odor additive. Also, the guy smell so strongly of cigarettes that my son smelled him from behind a closed door. I also question why there’s a spot for a tip. Doesn’t the worker get paid by the hour? He did a fine job on the coaches. They were still wet 24 hours after application so that’s confusing because he said 6-8 hours. I even had a fan running on one couch and it was still wet today. I requested the whole basement be done and the girl who took my “order” quote told me it was part of the $500 fee. The guy came and said no, it’s additional an fee. I would like the rugs redone but not by the guy that came yesterday.

Technician was so nice but after he left my whit rugs started to look like the had pee stains on them. Yellow spots everywhere. I took the rugs to local cleaners who said it was the product that was used. It’s looks worse now compared to before. Stay away if you have light colored rugs or furniture

I was not as clean as I though it would be. There are still black patches which is the indication of dirt in the carpet. I’d prefer steam vacuuming in the future.

The cleaning process was extremely short vs what I was told when scheduling this visit. The corners of the rooms have accumulated dust which I taught would be removed and cleaned with this service but was told by Zach that they do not vacuum. Which I was told by the young lady on the phone that if we didn't vacuum they will do so. All we needed to do was do a light vacuum before the visit. Also they arrived like an hr and a half before the appointment time. I see a bit of a difference in the carpet after the service but I could probably done the same and actually saved money if I would've bought a carpet cleaner. There is still 2 stains which I also informed the lady on the phone. Regardless will probably never use these services again.

I paid a lot of money just to get a call the morning of my appointment that it had to be rescheduled. Then after reschedule the technician was still an hour late. No complaints about the job that was done, though. Just think I should get some type of discount or a service fee waived or something for the hassle.
