Called for a price quote and they were so mean to me. Insulting me about my carpet I wanted cleaned. I was going to go for this service cause of the coupons but I couldn’t get passed the phone call.

Your company blew off my appointment. Did not call. I called twice to confirm the day of as well. No one called back, as promised by the dispatch personnel. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. I now have no appointment to clean my carpets after paying to have furniture moved for this etc. As a small business owner of 20 years, I understand that mistakes happen. Dodging calls and ignoring clients however is baffling. This experience was not only frustrating and rude, it cost me money as well. Poor form.
