No one showed up for my scheduled appointment. They never called to tell me they would not be coming. I was waiting a half hour after my appointed time before I had to call. Tech was here for 30 min total. All around the edges of carpets and stairs not cleaned. Reason for service was for odor, tech recommended deodorizer to eliminate any odors . 9/14/22 @ 5.08pm ~ My carpets didn’t even come close to being clean. I paid an extra $100 for a pet stain remover and deodorizer and the carpets looked terrible. the process is inefficient ~ they didn’t use hot water ~ everything was done in a half hour and it was poorly executed ~ somebody should have explained that when carpets are that dirty your process will not get the stains out even with the oxy solution ~ my OXY pet stain remover worked better than your whole process & solutions!!! Then my husband and I re-cleaned the carpets Ourselves with our Hoover carpet cleaner and resolve pet stain foam cleaner and they look amazing!!! I’ll called Customer service 4 times to complain and Left messages for the franchise owner and then on the last call I was given the franchise owner phone number ~~ she has never called me back and when you call her phone number her voicemail is full And you are unable to leave a message and then it just hangs up on you. I have yet to receive a return call from anyone ~this is absolutely ridiculous ~ poor customer service ~ I was told by your customer service that Maruska is the worst franchise owner and does not take care of her Customers ~you may want to rethink keeping her in your business. You should be explain a little bit better when the appointment is being set up and you should be told how cleaning process works ~ I was expecting after the solution was applied for it to be extracted with some type of scrubbing machine and water the solution and dirt were only pushed around and ground further into our carpet ~ the cleaning solutions did not even clean it. Pro - Tech showed up early Con - from the moment he walked through the door it was as if he didn't want to do the job. I chose your service based on the other reviews and "green and safe to pets" I had moved all the furniture off the floor and vacuumed each day up to the appointment to make sure it was completely vacuumed. When I booked online - I requested your "freshener & protectant" - I can't speak on how the job looks because the carpet was NOT in a bad way to begin with, I was just doing an annual clean. I guess I expected someone to come in with a smile and think, this is going to be an easy job - the job took less than 20 minutes to complete. Not so much. KL. - Arlington Heights, IL - 08/01/2022

The person who came to the building was rude. Wouldn’t park the truck where the parking spot is. Wanted to park as close to the condo, which is impossible since it’s on the 8th floor. Why don’t they ask the type of building they are cleaning at booking and bring the right equipments? We needed a portable machine and assumed they were coming with it. Very horrible service.
