our sofa was not clean after service, it still has a lot of dirt on it and after wash it become more yellow on top it, doesn’t not worth for 200$

This was by far the WORST experience I had; I was mislead on the phone by the exact service provided! I was explained it was a deep clean with “extraction” but they just sprayed some chemicals and ran a roller brush over it! I requested a call back; and that was almost 2 weeks ago! I attempted to stop payment vua my credit card but it will take time. If you want your carpet clean for your family, DO NOT USE this service! Horrible horrible, awful lies!

Extremely disappointed! A guy named Kevin arrived around 6:30pm on Jul 10th as scheduled. He didn't ware shoe covers until being asked to. We told him it's a move-out cleaning. He finished within an hour and was told not to step onto it in 4-5 hours. When we check the carpets on the 2nd floor and the stairs, they were like NOT washed at all! In addition he left a stain from his washer on the carpet what was not there. The carpet are very dirty for sure, but we had very good experience not long ago when other vendors drove a bigger van with professional vacuum washers! We REQUIRE A FULL REFUND! The listing of the house got DELAYED due to this poor job done! We've taken all the pictures. After another company wash it on July 12th, I will prove to Oxi Fresh what a professional carpet cleaning SHOULD BE!

The guy, who came here was a nice person, but not a good professional. He didn’t touch/cover all the edges. All the makers made by small tables are still these, which can be leveled simply by vacuum cleaner too.
