Charged an additional $30 day of Appt for 3 pillows that are part of the couch. This added cost was never disclosed as extra when I was quoted my price. The couch does not look any cleaner. First they were called and said I was not on the books but they could come at 11:00am Then they called and said they will be there at 11 Then the cleaner said they did not have the equipment to clean my couch .. it needed to be serviced and it would not clean my couch hood Then I called the owner she said she was going to call the technician and call me back and she never did So I did not get my couch cleaned and I yooo the entire day off .. Absolutely horrific experience with this company. The representative that was sent to clean our home took rude and passive aggressive to a new level. Borderline forceful to my wife in our home telling her to go vacuum our bedroom because of the hair our dog had produced while he sat there watching her. Also there’s one thing to try and upsell products and services, and it’s another to be so forceful that she was terrified for her life from this man. He even made her Zelle him a tip because she had no cash and kept requesting he get a tip for doing the job we paid him for. You people need to learn how to get your employees. Kept talking about the owners of the franchise and their divorce like it’s our problem he’s overworked. This guy even scratched our table with his machine. Not to mention our carpets aren’t even that clean. It’s like he just vacuumed some dust.. No one showed up for my scheduled appointment. They never called to tell me they would not be coming. I was waiting a half hour after my appointed time before I had to call.
