1st appt no one showed up. 2 nd appt. Tech came with just small spray bottle and strange vacuum cleaner to do carpet. Most spots on rugs have already come back. Didn’t like the cleaning process. Also added about $100 more to estimated costs for solutions to protect carpet. Definitely would not CD recommend this company. Request a credit refund to my credit card.

Oxi Fresh was quick to schedule my appointment. Then Zach insisted I needed to add on spot services (isn’t that why I was having my carpets cleaned?). The carpets smelled worse after the cleaning and Zach promised complete re-do for 8am. He never showed up and when I called he said appointment was 8pm —again never showed. DO NOT RECOMMEND OXI FRESH
