The technician will ask you to more treatment on carpet. The price is always higher than you checked the website. Also ask the tip. They didn't want to know what you exactly want to do. Or didn't hear your opinion. KW. - River Grove, IL - 06/04/2022

Your service was terrible the guy that came to clean the carpets was very unprofessional and the carpets seem does do they were not cleaned I was given a quote on the phone off $295 And when he was finished cleaning the carpet he charge $385 and was pushing us to give him a tip. And when we gave him the tip he said is that it. So for 20 minutes of work I paid $400 and he pushed us to go and get the cash from the cash machine since he only except check or cash and I said why? And his answer was for two weeks now the machine is broken and he hast to accept check or cash. Also I called in to report the bad service and the customer service agent on the phone said to me that is not true because he can except the card.And when I handed over the house in the handover the realtor asked me if I clean the carpets and which company. As they said the carpet looks as though they were not cleaned. Also when he was cleaning he said his back hurts holding the machine. I requested a callback from your owner and I’m still waiting. I will never recommend you because it was super unprofessional and the carpets were not clean and I was charged so much more money for 20 minutes of work.
