No call/no show followed by a reschedule without consulting me for a time that didn’t work, followed by a message saying the reschedule wouldn’t work either because the truck is undergoing maintenance. I rescheduled for a time that does work, only to get a call from the cleaner asking when I could meet on the day that didn’t work, then saying the time I scheduled may not work due to weather, then proposing to do a different cleaning on his own (not through OxiClean) for a different price.

This area rug cleaning was a horrific experience. First, the service worker did not wear foot bags on his shoes. There was no water extraction so the rugs took a full work day to dry not an hour. The edges were not cleaned on either area rugs, and I paid for a spot cleaning kit and still have stains. In fact on the smaller area rug there is now a large circle spot of light brownish grey residue. It’s like dirty water from the scrubbing deposited into the center of the rug. The rugs were not soft after drying but rather crunchy and hard. To top it off I had to wash my hard wood floors after the service guy Zack left AND I had to touch his phone to enter my address and payment information during this time of COVID-19. I would like a full refund of $135 as I now have to take these area rugs out to get professionally cleaned the correct way.

The rugs looked pretty good right after cleaning. When dried, they did not look clean (all my rugs are white), a few of the old spots came back. I am not so sure I like the chemical cleaning method, this is the first time I have tried it. There seems to be an after scum/resido left in the rugs which makes them look dingy.
