Gentlemen was very polite and courteous but either your solution or your carpet sweeper/cleaner is very ineffective.. My carpet was soiled in a normal high traffic area through living room and hallway and it is still black and soiled after the guy went over the area twice.. Said it was old carpet and nothing else could be done..??????? Total unacceptable!!! Need some sort of refund asap.. I do not want to book another appointment with your company at this point..

Although I was not completely satisfied, they sent another service tech out for a redo. I am completely satisfied now. The service tech Olivia did a superb job and I will be using Oxi-fresh again.

Very nice and professional carpet cleaner. Made my worn carpeted steps look much nicer. Quick drying time too.

Couldn’t get the nicotine stains out of furniture. When asked, I expressed that’s the furniture had been my moms who smoked, a lot. When the technician came, he couldn’t get the nicotine out. If nicotine stains are not a stain you usually work with or can get out. This should have been said to me and I could’ve chosen someone who could get nicotine out. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the pricing was reasonable.

The carpeting in the kitchen was not vacuumed after treatment and was left with huge streaks of raised nap which looks very bad. I tried to restore the nap using a broom, but that was unsuccessful. Probably the only solution would be to spray the whole are with water and then vacuum it while wet. I am not able to do this. The carpeting is clean, but I am unhappy.
