Couldn’t get the nicotine stains out of furniture. When asked, I expressed that’s the furniture had been my moms who smoked, a lot. When the technician came, he couldn’t get the nicotine out. If nicotine stains are not a stain you usually work with or can get out. This should have been said to me and I could’ve chosen someone who could get nicotine out. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the pricing was reasonable.

The carpeting in the kitchen was not vacuumed after treatment and was left with huge streaks of raised nap which looks very bad. I tried to restore the nap using a broom, but that was unsuccessful. Probably the only solution would be to spray the whole are with water and then vacuum it while wet. I am not able to do this. The carpeting is clean, but I am unhappy.

There are a couple of areas on my couch that didn't get clean. It appears he tried a lot of soap in the areas because it's lighter than the rest of the couch. Overall, the couch and loveseat look a little bit better but I'm not sure it was worth the price. The employee was honest about not being able to get one of the stains out and I appreciate that.

/The man who came was very nice and explained the condition of my carpeting. The area was a well traveled area and the cleaning would have taken all the color out of the rug. Mary Kay Schmieder.
