My tech was very nice. I thought my rug looked much better. But I saw no difference in my grout. After he left I took some grout cleaner and a grout brush and got a lot of dirt up off the kitchen floor. I also have white quarter round and it had black marks on it. There was also water residue left on the hard wood floors where the water tanks sat. I would consider using you again for my area rug, but not my grout.

Tech was friendly but carpet was not as clean as usual company. Most areas I understood but not stairs and landing as well as a few other spots.
