I already sent a lengthy message about my carpet cleaning - and the jaw-dropping unprofessionalism of your employee. I called you a week later to see if the message went through, and the employee said she would forward it to the owner. As I’ve heard nothing from your owner, I’m left with no choice but to write my first Yelp review ever. Sorry, guys.

I’m gay, and the carpet cleaner assumed I was straight. He made MANY inappropriate comments about women during his visit. He talked constantly and didn’t read my body language that I wanted to be left alone. He told me that my $500 Dyson wasn’t a good vacuum (he insisted that I invest in a vintage bagged model), and that I needed a carpet rake to maintain my old contractor-grade floorings. In an effort to shut him up, I told him I was a published author (and wanted to quietly edit my book), and he said something like, “You should write a book about understanding women - that will be a bestseller.” He also unwantedly critiqued all my vintage sci-fi collectibles, making me fear for their safety. The guy told me he’s was a manager, and kept adding services to my bill - increasing it from the quoted $380 to over $500! He also had me do minor things like help him carry an area rug and plug in his equipment - while talking/making rude comments the entire time. Note: I DID tip him $20 because as a former service employee, I tip everybody. But I WILL NOT HIRE your extremely unprofessional service again! The carpets look the same today as if I’d cleaned them myself with my own Hoover upright. What a complete and total waste of $500!

We are completely dis satisfied with the service provided . The person who came for cleaning finished the whole house tri level house within 25 mins . He just rushed and finished , all he did was talking and no work . He did not use the machine in all the places in the room , he just used few strikes in the middle . He never went to the corners . I showed the missed places to him immediately after he completed the cleaning . But he ignored and asked me to pay .There is no difference in the carpets after cleaning . He charged me $594 for this . I called the customer care mentioning the issue and asked another person for a redo or a refund. They arranged for a redo and mentioned that the owner will call me for refund. But I never got a call from the owner till now . For the redo the same person came again and said he jus came to take pictures and not for redo . I called customer service immediately and they said the owner will call me . But the cleaning person just said he can’t do anything and he jus did one small room cleaning after my husband requested and went away . I am completely frustrated with the process and not satisfied and I feel waste of my money. I will never use your service again . Such a poor cleaning by the cleaning person and no help from customer service .
