Service time and no water.

The service was called off because the man appeared late. He began to throw the blame on me by demanding to know if I scheduled the appointment that day. He was thoroughly unprofessional, rude and wore shoes into the home despite my protest. He began by counting the number of steps and landings and demanded additional money for the landings, although, I told him that the estimate for the amount included that. He held his fingers up to silence e me when I was talking. I had enough of him and asked him to leave.
The company was informed and they sounded apologetic but no action was done to redeem the issue. Highly disappointed.

The traffic stains, pet stains, and vent stains remain. Improvement was maybe 3/10 which is not with $190 to us.

My appt was cancelled via email on the morning of our appt. I called and was told by the “boss” the technician was sick. Next thing you know the technician calls me and says my boss told me to call you and let you know “I’m on my way.” “What, I thought you were sick?!” He says I don’t know who told you that! So who was telling the truth and who wasn’t?! I have family coming in, I couldn’t take any chances that someone sick was coming into our home.
There is nothing you can do. I will be using another cleaning service. An honest one.

Im not happy with that service it was living and dining room it was not even 30mns for that service I just need my money back to get it done with a different company .thx
