To clean six rooms of carpet and a stairway should not take less than 30 minutes, parts of the carpet were not even touched and he asked us about a freshness deodorizer, told us it was gonna be $244 for the whole house so we said no, then he said he would do it for 110. and I don’t believe it was even done. We smelled nothing, absolutely nothing we both thought it was terrible and Zac himself was not very polite or professional. He literally asked my husband to stop what he was doing to plug in his cord so he would’nt need to come down some steps. Good Afternoon, I had Oxi Fresh of Chicago, specifically the Naperville Franchise come to the rental that I was getting ready to vacate in order to clean the carpets, as it was a requirement from my landlord. However, I did make the mistake of bringing them to my new residence, so I had to direct them to the rental property that was to be cleaned at 1525 Cumberland Road in Aurora Il 60504. The technician who arrived was Zack (there is no last name on the receipt) was fairly unhappy with this, but did not ask to re-schedule or tell me there would be any kind of charge or issue for this error. I have included the customer copy of the receipt. Zack then went to the rental, where Gretchen, my sister, was there to clean other items. Her name is on the receipt. She had cash that I had provided for this service, but Zack told her he did not accept cash, (despite the receipt saying that cash was acceptable payment) and that she would have to pay and sign the receipt form before any services were performed, which clearly states that it is to be signed after services are performed to the customer's satisfaction. He also re-configured the price, almost doubling the quoted price without my consent or even knowledge. My sister then was told she would have to pay with debit/credit card, and so she did, and then was told she needed to vacuum all of the rooms that were to be serviced, by herself, with our own vacuum. I checked and the appointment email states that vacuuming is only encouraged, but we were not able to before this appointment. While she was doing this, Zack was smoking outside not assisting in any manner, when my husband arrived to also clear items for our move out of the property. Him and my sister were both shocked and unhappy with the services he did perform, such as spraying and agitating the carpet, as he had missed behind doorways and other areas. After he did about 20 minutes of work, the then instructed my sister to again vacuum on her own with our own non-commercial grade vacuum. My sister was courteous enough to do as he asked, as he is 'the professional', and even tipped this man after he made her do 2/3 of his work. I am appalled at this, and so is my husband. He arrived after the form was signed, and the payment made, so all he could do was advise me that I needed to get into contact with the manager to get a refund for this defective and frankly amature performance from Zack. Once my family had returned home with the receipt, I was horrified to see that my sister had paid almost double the quoted price, as Zack did not call, email, or text me to indicate that this would be the case. Then her and my husband relayed their experience and the next morning I called the general number, where I was told the owner would be notified, and I would receive a call back. I have called back 2 more times after, and even called the owner Maruscka herself, but her voicemail is full, so I called once again to the general line, where Katelyn (if I remember correctly) had directed me to this email to her supervisor. She was a lovely assistant to me and I am glad she is escalating this, because I need a full refund of these services. I did not consent to this upgrade in service (the odor destroyer) and I did not receive the labor that was promised to me. AB. - North Aurora, IL - 08/30/2023

The technician Zack made my sister pay much more than the quote without receiving my consent to the new price, and made her vacuum before and after, despite the reminder email saying it was only recommend. They also did not allow her to pay with cash that I gave for this, but the recept says cash payments are allowed. I would not have consented to the new price, or accepted the work that was provided, but he made my sister sign and pay before any services were even performed. I am completely unsatisfied and will be in contact to receive a refund asap. Zack did a bad job and had terrible customer service etiquette. AB. - Aurora, IL - 08/22/2023

The service was called off because the man appeared late. He began to throw the blame on me by demanding to know if I scheduled the appointment that day. He was thoroughly unprofessional, rude and wore shoes into the home despite my protest. He began by counting the number of steps and landings and demanded additional money for the landings, although, I told him that the estimate for the amount included that. He held his fingers up to silence e me when I was talking. I had enough of him and asked him to leave. The company was informed and they sounded apologetic but no action was done to redeem the issue.
